By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application or related service provided by Studio POMEKURI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps or services.

2. The Services

We provide mobile applications and related services (the "Services"). We may add, remove, or modify features from time to time, and we may require you to install updates to continue using the Services.

3. App Store Terms

If you download our apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable store terms. The app store is not responsible for the Services, and any claims must be directed to Studio POMEKURI.

4. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Remove or alter proprietary notices or security features
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or related systems
• Use the Services to transmit harmful, infringing, or malicious content

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or store using the Services. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display such content only as necessary to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for your content and any required permissions.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Services offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases are processed by the app store and are subject to the store's payment terms. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the app store, except as required by applicable law.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services use Google AdMob to display and measure ads. We currently do not use third-party analytics or crash reporting. If we add services such as Firebase in the future, we will update our policies. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio POMEKURI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms or suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
